Our return policy lasts for 14 days after the date of reception of your package. Once this period is over, we will not be able to make any refund or exchange. In order to protect all the customers and to make sure that all the returns and exchanges are treated fairly, Rania J can refuse your return or your exchange in some situations, such as
- Products that have not been bought directly on the official website of the brand RaniaJ or the points of sale partner of the brand (cf: stockist )
- Products opened and/or used and/or modified
- Products with missing or modified labels
- Damaged or incomplete packaging
Samples and all discounted products are final purchases and cannot be returned.
We only exchange damaged or defective products. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email to the following address with pictures of the product and the reason why you want to exchange it : firstname.lastname@example.org
We will send you a confirmation email to let you know if the exchange can be made. Defective and damaged items will be exchanged for the same product.
Returning the product
To return your product, please send your product in its original package or in a similar package with its invoice to the following address :
You will be in charge of paying for the return shipping cost of your item. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping a product over 70€, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, because we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the return package received in our office and the product inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the reception of the package and if the product is eligible for a refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be made to your credit card or the payment method you used when you ordered within 72 hours.
Late or missing refund
If you have not received your refund within 72 hours, please contact your bank first, as it usually takes time for the refund to be processed by the bank.
